How can I start a support ticket?
At Very3 we strive to be, well, let's call it approachable. You can connect with us through so many channels it'll make your head spin.
- You can start a support ticket with a simple email to support@very3.net with a brief note describing your problem.
- You can open a ticket at the Very3 Support Portal by visiting https://support.very3.net/ (preferred for the more complicated issues).
- You can DM us on our @veryThree Twitter account (and maybe follow us while you're there).
- If you're the tinfoil hat type (we are too), try catching us on Telegram at @very3support.
- From any Very3 Hosted Web solution login or panel page, simply click the green "Very3 Support" tab to the right of your screen and start whacking away (you can even include a screenshot -- how cool is that?).
