Your Very3 site's data is compiled from several sources. Some of it you can change such as articles, blog posts, pictures, and news feeds. Other data like your site's name and metadata is provided by the
Very3 Shared Application Framework (v3saf) and cannot be modified from your admin panel.
Should you discover errors with your metadata or need changes made to any of your site's underlying code, please put in a trouble ticket at
https://support.very3.net/. Make sure to provide us with detailed information including:
- Which pages (with URL links) the errors / changes appear on
- The current text or information you want to replace
- The new information you want us to use
We can usually have your changes posted with 2 hours of receiving your ticket if submitted before 1:00 PM US Central Time. If it looks like it might take a bit longer, or your changes will require charges against your monthly maintenance hours we'll let you know beforehand.
