Dear friends,

The mornings are starting out a little cooler, Autumn is just around the corner -- it's time for our yearly upgrade cycle. Starting the week of October 12, 2020 we'll begin rolling out updates to all Very3 Hosted Solution servers. These updates will include operating system upgrades, Very3 Shared Application Framework (v3saf) upgrades, site metric reporting upgrades, and integrated security patches.

We'll be upgrading 63 sites across 7 virtual servers so this will be a big one. Unfortunately this will also require some extended downtime for your site. We anticipate 2-3 hours of downtime for each server instance between the hours of 12:00 AM CDT - 4:00 AM CDT from October 13th to October 15th. Your site will only be offline on one of the three days, not all three. Note that during these time slots mirroring will be offline across all co-located instances. Your site, back-end logins and admin console access (blogs, page editing, applications, etc.) will be unavailable during the upgrade process. We'll do our best to keep this to an absolute minimum and we'll let you know if we run into any unexpected snags. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me at anytime.
